Shipping
Flowers are sent via express post every Wednesday. Whilst flowers usually arrive the next day (Thursday) Delays may occur during busy times and when shipping to areas outside of metro areas.
Returns
We do not offer returns or exchanges.
BEESWAX CANDLES
Shipping
All packages are sent with "Authority to leave" instructions. Please contact georgia@houseofivory.com.au prior to placing order if you have specific delivery instructions.
If package cannot be delivered to the specified address and is returned to us (House of Ivory), the customer is required to pay for the package to be redelivered to them.
Returns
We do not offer returns or refunds for beeswax candles.
In the rare case that the candle/s arrive damaged, we will replace at no additional cost. Please note, we must be notified within 48hrs of receiving the product if it has arrived damaged. The customer will be sent a return label to return the damaged goods. Damaged goods will need to be returned to us before replacements are sent to customer.
Due to the delicate nature of these hand made candles, minor imperfections are to be expected.
As Beeswax is a 100% natural product, variations in colour may occur from candle to candle. Please note, as the candles age, they will naturally fade.
