FRESH FLOWERS

Returns
House of Ivory do not offer returns or refunds for fresh flowers. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact georgia@houseofivory.com.au and we will endeavor to rectify the issue.

Shipping / Delivery
Orders are delivered by courier within a 10km radius of Randwick 2031. If you would like to send flowers outside of this radius, please contact georgia@houseofivory.com.au.
All flower orders are delivered with "authority to leave" instructions. If there is no safe place to leave flowers and redelivery is required, the customer will be required to pay for redelivery.

ORCHID GIFT BOXES

Returns
We do not offer returns or exchanges.
In the case that we cannot source the specified orchid colour and the customer would not like an alternative colour, we will offer a full refund.

Shipping
Orchids are sent via express post with a 1 -2 day lead time. Delays may occur during busy times and when shipping to areas outside of metro areas.

PRESERVED AND DRIED FLOWERS

Returns
House of Ivory do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for dried and preserved flowers.
Please note: Size and colour may vary from stem to stem and will fade over time.
Due to the delicate nature of preserved hydrangea, we cannot guarantee the longevity of this product.

In the rare case that the product arrives damaged, we will replace with the same item. In the case that we do not have an exact replacement, we will offer a similar colour or full refund.

All packages are sent with "Authority to leave" instructions. Please contact georgia@houseofivory.com.au prior to placing order if you have specific delivery instructions.
We cannot ship to a PO Box address.
If package cannot be delivered and is returned to us, the customer is required to cover additional shipping charges.

BEESWAX CANDLES

Returns
We do not offer returns or refunds for beeswax candles.
In the rare case that the candle/s arrive damaged, we will replace at no additional charge. Please note, we must be notified within 48hrs of receiving the product if it has arrived damaged.
Due to the delicate nature of these hand made candles, minor imperfections are to be expected.
As Beeswax is a 100% natural product, variations in colour may occur from candle to candle. Please note , as candle ages, they will naturally fade.
